Here is an easy enough follow along mobility routine for your spine. This could be used as a warm up or a cool down before or after a workout. If you’re just using this as a stand alone mobility routine then I would suggest repeating this circuit for 3-5 rounds for maximum results.
It is a great combination of movements to work on spinal mobility. Make sure you only do it within a comfortable range of movement, realising that your version may not look like mine and that's ok. Some people will have more mobility than my version, others less. The important thing is that you follow the cues on the video. Enjoy!
