What does the customised nutrition plan include?
The nutrition plan will include 4 full-day meal plans with a breakdown of your required Calorie and Macronutrient (Protein/Carbs/Fats) targets based on your goals, lifestyle, personality and food preferences. No ONE SIZE FITS ALL here!
Who is the plan best suited to?
Anyone really, but particularly if you’re someone who has a limited understanding of nutrition or who just wants the guidance of how to optimise your nutrition, set portion sizes and what foods to include, and enjoys having a menu designed for them. Then you’ll love this plan! No more staring into the fridge and feeling overwhelmed trying to think up what to eat.
Will I be allowed to have treats and some alcohol still?
GOOD NEWS! YES YOU WILL! 😃 There are no ‘banned foods’ and the plan will include a combination of wholesome, nutrient dense foods along with treats and alcohol if requested.
Do we have to meet in person?
No, that is the great part. You can be anywhere in the world and still benefit from a customised nutrition plan! 🙌🏽
How do I sign up?
Click on the REQUEST A PLAN button below, this will take you to our payment page, once payment is complete, you will be taken to an online questionnaire to fill out. You have the option to receive a printable version of this form too if you prefer. Once you have filled it out and submitted it expect to wait between 7-10 days before you receive your plan from our Nutritionist, Dayni.
What happens after I’ve received my plan?
At this point, all communication is between yourself and Dayni.
Once you have your plan and you’ve familiarised yourself with the meals and foods on your plan, you will agree on a start date with Dayni (there are some baseline assessments to note down) and then there will be a 4 week, 8 week & 12 week check in via email to see how you are tracking and whether any adjustments to your plan are needed.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
By the 12 week mark, you should have a confident idea about how you should be eating, what works for you and what doesn’t and be able to feel like you can monitor your own food prep and enjoy foods in a healthy, sustainable way. If you still feel that you need further support, this can be discussed with Dayni.
What is the cost?
Everything mentioned above is included in the price and 1 plan will cost $245AUD.
A 24 page comprehensive Guide that takes you through a step-by-step video assessment so you can UNDERSTAND WHY your squat is uncomfortable or not as deep as you'd like it to be. From the assessment results you are directed to the appropriate mobility routines to help improve the areas of your body that are affecting your squat.
There is no guess work with this, the mobility routines recommended are as a result of what came up for you during the assessments. So it is very individualised. The mobility routines are follow along videos.
These are the same movements and techniques I've used with thousands of clients in the past to improve their squat with great results.
You have access to me if you would like to send me a video of your squat to give you feedback or if you need help with anything in the Guide.
There are always modifications for movements that may be too challenging and lots of educational explanations so you can understand why you're doing each move & learn to understand your body better.
