Our MOBILITY RESET program is suitable for anybody, regardless of your current mobility or ability levels. We take you back to basics to reconnect with your breath and get your muscles and joints moving more efficiently, in the way they were designed to move.
As you progress through the program, you should start to feel like you have better posture, better quality of movement, a sense of calm and less tightness.
This is a structured program that only requires 5-10 minutes per day. It gives you time to work on each element before moving onto the next mobility task so you have time to master each single component before moving on.
This program is designed to target your Central Nervous System (brain & spinal cord) to improve your movement patterns so you can let go of tension and feel more connected with your body through movement.
It is initially based on DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation) principles & progresses to a mixture of this & mobility movements I have learned in my many years of practice as a Physiotherapist & a Personal Trainer.
