Our 30-35 minute workouts are designed for midlife women, who are looking to work on their strength & muscle mass. Our program is focussed on getting you stronger & fitter safely, efficiently & effectively.
We include a lot of educational extras to make sure you are getting MORE than just a workout! The exercises we design will help you moov better through your day to day life and will improve your overall health & well-being!
You won’t see any promises of bikini bodies, 6 week miracle challenges or fad diets (because these are not sustainable)!

The program is accessible worldwide and is sent to you via our easy to use app. It keeps you accountable and gives you 24/7 access to me if you have any queries or concerns about your technique or if an exercise needs adjusting for you.
The workouts are appropriate for wherever you are at with your strength journey, whether that’s right at the beginning with zero experience or an experienced strength training midlifer.

“Before joining Mary’s program I had been going to the gym for about one year. Completing a program which consisted of mainly weight machines. I did have some postural problems and I felt some of the machines were too restrictive. The gym program was great to begin with but I really wanted to move a bit more whilst exercising and get a bit of variety, so Mary’s Your Moov strength program felt like a good step.
I am in England and Mary is in Australia, however, that was not an issue. Mary sends the program to you through an app which is really easy to use. I love the videos Mary puts on. They help me keep my form. Mary is really responsive, so if I have commented on a certain exercise she will get back to me with suitable alternatives if I am having difficulty.
I really like the variety in the sessions and how they offer different levels of difficulty. There is something for when you are really up for training and when you are not.
