WHO CREATED THE “YOUR MOOV” PROGRAM AND WHY WOULD I BENEFIT FROM THIS OVER OTHER ONLINE PROGRAMs?

Our program takes into consideration your movement ability, your access or lack of access to equipment and your current fitness level. We understand that most peoples lives these days are very busy and so all of the workouts are 30-35mins long. This program has been thoughtfully put together by a Physiotherapist qualified Personal Trainer! All exercises have video demonstration and added notes as well as educational info so you will be sure to learn good technique.


WHAT IF I AM UNSURE OF MY TECHNIQUE?

If you're not confident with your technique, even after watching the videos, you are more than welcome to video yourself and send it to us to critique and give feedback. You can do this through the app.


IS THERE A SET AMOUNT OF WORKOUTS PER WEEK?

This is flexible, you have access to 3 workouts per week but it is up to you to decide what you will have time for and what works best to align with your goals.


are there any hidden costs?

No. Unless you want to purchase some equipment or join a gym.


WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

If you’re a complete beginner and don’t have access to a gym, I would suggest these pieces of equipment: 1x 2kg; 1x 4kg dumbbells &/or kettlebells & 2x 6kg kettlebells (preferably but can be dumbbells) & an Ultra Light Microband.

If you’re experienced with training, then a 1x 3kg; 1x 5kg; 1x 7kg or 8kg dumbbell or kettlebell, 2x 12kg kettlebells & an X Light Microband.

A Step (30-45cm high) & a Fitball/Stability Ball are also useful. 

If you’re in Australia then the best places are Kmart & Rebel Sports.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PROGRAM TO BE ACCESSIBLE?

Please allow 24 hours to allow for time differences.


CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ANY TIME?

Yes you can! You have access to your subscription plan so you can change from weekly to monthly (or visa versa) or cancel anytime.
