Join me to learn the basic skills of jump rope, I promise you’ll have so much fun and not even realise you’re getting your heart rate up.
Skipping has so many health benefits! Particularly for us midlife women…it can improve bone density, improve our cardiovascular health, build muscle, improve coordination, increase our endorphins…and who doesn’t want all that!
And to be honest, you can really benefit from jump rope at any age!
All ages welcome! Men are more than welcome too!

Next Adelaide Workshop:
WHEN: Saturday 12th April 2025 3:30pm-5pm
WHERE: Precizion Dance, Level 2, 128 Wakefield St, Adelaide.
HOW MUCH: $79 (incl required beaded rope) OR $59 (bring your own beaded rope).
Next Online Workshop:
WHEN: Sunday 27th April 2025 11:30am-1pm ADELAIDE TIME (PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE RELEVANT TIME IN YOUR OWN TIMEZONE)

HOW MUCH: $39AUD (make sure you have your own beaded rope on the day).

WHAT TO KNOW BEFOREHAND…
ADELAIDE BASED WORKSHOP:
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one to jump on. I will supply a few for those who don’t have.
Please wear comfortable trainers that aren’t too soft in the sole (FYI…the beaded rope can hurt if you hit your bare feet, trust me, I know! :-p)
Please bring a water bottle.
If you already have a beaded rope and do not want to receive another one on the day, use PROMO CODE “NOROPE20” at checkout to get $20 off and please remember to bring your own beaded rope on the day. Please understand that wire ropes or standard skipping ropes will hold you back on the day so only a beaded one will do.
There will be a maximum of 12 people in the workshop.
ONLINE BASED WORKSHOP:
Please have a yoga mat set up on the day to jump on, this will help absorb the impact and make it more comfortable.

Please have a water bottle handy.
