Here is a lady who lives by the laws of movement. There is an array of useful information on her website about how to encourage movement in the home; at work; and with the family.

With all the hype about sitting being bad for you and standing desks now being all the craze I have always been a promoter of moving often, standing all day is as bad for you as sitting all day is. However, if you choose to adopt different postures throughout your work day and add in some useful stretches/movements scattered around, then you are certainly on the right movement road.

Your body craves movement. Don't lose what you started out with. Rather maintain and gain as much movement as you can over your life.

Katy Bowman's website is certainly worth a look, even if just to get one good tip that you carry over into your own life.

We had our first Lunchtime Hatha Yoga class yesterday in Adelaide with the lovely Paula, guiding you through 45mins of relaxation, breathing & movement.

If you are highly stressed at work and have too much on your mind, there is nothing better for you than to unwind, declutter your mind and zen out for 45mins. Undo those rounded shoulders; tight hips and stretched out necks and bring your body and mind back to balance.

To all clients - current, old or soon to be current...

I would like to thank you so much for all your support through 2015. It has definitely been a rollercoaster ride but what challenges us makes us grow and that I have certainly done! I feel so blessed to have the clientele that I do and as much as many of you have expressed your appreciation towards the work I do, I too feel my life is enriched by having crossed paths with each and every one of you.

I love my job, I love my clients & I love a challenge, 2015 has inspired me to keep my eyes on the horizon, recognise opportunities, not hold back, take the drop, grip my feet into the wax and ride the wave all the way to the beach! I plan to reach even more of my potential in the new year and I look forward to sharing this with those who are willing to grab a surfboard, wax up and join me in the line up!...You won't regret it!

For those who have no idea of surf terminology I may have just lost you in that previous paragraph but that's ok...join us anyway and we'll figure it out out there :-p
