• All sessions may be purchased upfront OR on the day.

  • Individual training is exclusive one on one training, whilst 2:1 & 3:1 training involves one trainer between 2 people or 3 people.

  • There are no gym memberships or joining fees required for any personal training services.

  • Block bookings must be paid upfront, are valid for 4 months and are non-refundable.

  • If paying by card, there is a 2% surcharge for all transactions.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

  • The initial visit will be an opportunity to discuss your needs, you will be put through a movement assessment to assess your pre-training abilities in order to assure you are trained in a safe environment and your progression is trackable.

  • If you have an injury or pain to overcome you will also be sent an email with exercises to do at home to help improve your condition. We will then discuss a plan going forward for further appointments.

LATE NOTICE POLICY: 

  • At Moov PT we require more than 24 hours notice for any missed appointments, regardless of the reason. Giving less than 12 hours notice for missing a session will incur a charge of the full cost of the session.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

At Moov PT we give you the choice of how you prefer to handle your money. You can either pay upfront for a block of 10 sessions or pay as you go. We accept cash; bank online transfer or credit/debit cards.
