All sessions may be purchased upfront OR on the day.
Individual training is exclusive one on one training, whilst 2:1 & 3:1 training involves one trainer between 2 people or 3 people.
There are no gym memberships or joining fees required for any personal training services.
Block bookings must be paid upfront, are valid for 4 months and are non-refundable.
If paying by card, there is a 2% surcharge for all transactions.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT
The initial visit will be an opportunity to discuss your needs, you will be put through a movement assessment to assess your pre-training abilities in order to assure you are trained in a safe environment and your progression is trackable.
If you have an injury or pain to overcome you will also be sent an email with exercises to do at home to help improve your condition. We will then discuss a plan going forward for further appointments.
LATE NOTICE POLICY:
At Moov PT we require more than 24 hours notice for any missed appointments, regardless of the reason. Giving less than 12 hours notice for missing a session will incur a charge of the full cost of the session.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
At Moov PT we give you the choice of how you prefer to handle your money. You can either pay upfront for a block of 10 sessions or pay as you go. We accept cash; bank online transfer or credit/debit cards.
